By registering for Zimple Partners, you agree to comply with these loyalty program terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

The program is available to approved members of registered agencies. Zimple Partners reserves the right to approve or reject registration requests.

3. Point accumulation

Points are awarded only for qualifying bookings processed through the official reconciliation system. Cancelled, no-show, or duplicate bookings do not earn points.

4. Redemptions

Redemptions are subject to inventory availability and approval when applicable. Points held during a pending redemption are not available for other redemptions.

5. Modifications

Zimple Partners may modify program rules, campaigns, and the rewards catalog with prior notice to active members.
